The Pianciano estate is located within an unspoiled nature area, enlisted as a Community Importance Site (SIC). The area is suitable for easy walks, challenging hikes and mountain bike excursions. In every season, along the Spina Valley and the parallel Valnerina, it is possible to choose different trails and to discover un unscathed Umbrian landscape, rich in ancient trails, medieval ruins, small abandoned churches. It is easy to meet squirrels, hares, wild boars, porcupines, birds of prey, deer; sometimes wolves, wild cats, badgers.
